1. Introduction
PDS Count is a free Android and iOS application provided by Eco-Pork Co., Ltd. Use of this app is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years old or older. Continued use requires free user registration. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using PDS Count, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information We Collect
• Photo Data: Images captured by the user in the app, as well as AI-generated inference images and associated metadata (e.g., pen, room, barn).
• Inference Data: Estimated headcount by AI, and corrected headcount manually provided by the user.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates captured at the moment a photo is taken (used only to organize photos; not collected in the background).
• Usage Data: in‑app interactions, crash logs, analytics events.
• User ID: A unique identifier issued during user registration, linked to each photo event.
• Device Information: device model, OS version, IP address, device identifiers.
• Cookies / Local Storage: to save preferences and perform analytics.
3. Purpose of Data Use

4. Do Not Sell or Share (CPRA Notice to California Residents)
We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You nevertheless retain the right to request disclosure and deletion of personal information collected. To exercise these rights, email support-pds@eco-pork.mods.jp with the subject line “CPRA Request”.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with contract‑bound service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) or when legally required.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your account (see Section 9) we erase your data within 30 days, including backups within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
7. Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
8. Age Requirement and Children’s Privacy
PDS Count is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app under Settings ► Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You may also email support-pds@eco-pork.mods.jp; requests are processed within 5 business days
10. Promotional Pop‑Up & Re‑Consent
If this policy changes materially, a pop‑up will appear on first launch after update. You must read and tap “Agree” to continue using the app.

Links to third‑party services are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are independent and we encourage you to review their policies.
